Select
fan location nearest a 12 volt power supply. When prewired by the
manufacturer, check proper voltage and fuse. |

Remove
old fan/vent. |

Scrape
off the old sealant. A clean surface is necessary to provide the best
seal with closed cell gasket provided or any other sealants to be
used. |

Prewire
power through roof for best installation. |

Place
gasket around flange bottom. |
Step
6 |
 |
Set
fan into square opening. |
Step
7 |
 |
Hook 12 Volt
power to fan.
Open dome; check air flow direction. |

 |
Utilize all screw
holes for good seal. |
Step
9 |
 |
Silicone the
flange where it meets the roof. |
Step
10 |
 |
Silicone screw
heads. |
Step
11 |
 |
Install interior
garnish. Garnish may need to be trimmed. Score with utility knife,
cut corners to the score line & break away. Exact sizes are available.
When the roof is less than 1 thick, insert a spacer to finish
the interior nicely. Spacers are available by calling Fantastic-Vent. |
